In order to uplift the living condition of its constituents, ANAC-IP Partylist facilitated an amount of 3.5 Million Pesos intended for special trainings and programs for out of school youth and IP women groups through the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA). The fund assistance is intended for interested an individual who wishes to enroll in technical vocational courses leading to employment under TESDA Special Training for Employment Program (STEPS). Among the recipients of the programs are the residents of the 7 municipalities of the 3rd district of Isabela, Province of South Cotabato and Sultan Kudarat. In terms of employment, ANAC-IP allocated an amount of 3.5 Million Pesos intended for individuals who were displaced and unemployed through the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE). The program of employment was implemented in 2 municipalities of Isabela namely San Guillermo and Angadanan. Each recipient received an equivalent of minimum wage prevailing in the region for one month duration.
